To explore the difference between students of the “Perceived Usefulness”,“Perceived Ease of Use ” , “Behavioral Intention ” and “ Actual Behavior ” , and the correlation among the “ Perceived Usefulness ” , “ Perceived Ease of Use ” , “Behavioral Intention ” and “ Actual Behavior ” was also investigated. The subjects of this study were 476 sixth-graders in Chia-yi City. The data were analyzed in various statistical methods including mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation analysis. The researcher also interviewed five elementary school teachers to further understand of their perspectives about class websites. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. The students'' intention, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of using class websites were above average, but the actual behavior of using class websites was under average. 2. There was significant difference in the intention, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of using class websites between the elementary school students with the different sex. 3. There was significant difference in the actual behavior, intention and perceived ease of using class websites between the elementary school students with the different time of using internet. 4. There was significant difference in the actual behavior, intention, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of using class websites between the elementary school students with the different computer self-efficacy. 5. There was significant difference in the actual behavior, intention, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of using class websites between the elementary school students with the different external regulation. 6. There was significant difference in the actual behavior and perceived ease of using class websites between the elementary school students with the different computer and internet resources. 7. There was significant difference in the actual behavior, intention and perceived ease of using class websites between the elementary school students with the different update frequency of class websites. 8. There was significant difference in the actual behavior, intention, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of using class websites between the elementary school students with the different interactivity degree of class websites. 9. There were positive correlation among elementary school student''s actual behavior, behavioral intention, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of using class websites.
