Through reviewing the relative literature which was the foundation of this study and DACUM competency analysis, gradually formed professional competency of alternative cooperative education program occupational field practice curriculum, afterwards, analyzed and discussed the content to complete the topical subjects, outlines and the teaching goals of curriculumⅠ~Ⅵ in alternative cooperative education program students’ occupational field practice curriculum of cosmetology department in vocational high school in Taiwan According to the analysis of the result, three conclusions were obtained as below: 1.To analyze the professional competency of alternative cooperative education program occupational field practice curriculum, there were 9 working items, 18 duties and 95 tasks that student in alternative cooperative education program in occupational field practice curriculum of cosmetology department were required. 2.To set up the teaching outline of alternative cooperative education program in occupational field practice curriculum of cosmetology department. In vocational field practice Ⅰ, there were 7 topical subjects, 17 outlines and 4 teaching goals. In vocational field practiceⅡ, there were 6 topical subjects, 20 outlines and 3 teaching goals. In vocational field practice Ⅲ, there were 4 topical subjects, 8 outlines and 4 teaching goals. In vocational field practice Ⅳ, there were 3 topical subjects, 8 outlines and 3 teaching goals. In vocational field practice Ⅴ, there were 5 topical subjects, 12 outlines and 3 teaching goals. In vocational field practice Ⅵ, there were 4 topical subjects, 5 outlines and 3 teaching goals. Finally this study offered some suggestions to serve as reference information for those schools charging in alternative cooperative education program students’ occupational field practice curriculum of cosmetology department in vocational high school and the researchers interested in the domain.
