Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 社會教育學系在職進修碩士班 === 96 === Abstract This study takes as target samples to conduct research on learning styles , and their’s relative factors. The purpose of this research is to explore tendency in learning styles of foreign spouses, and further to explore the relation between learning styles and relative factors as a reference for elementary supplement schools course design and instructional activities. To achieve the afore-mentioned goals, firstly the learning characteristics of foreign spouses learners is understood through literature review, exploring theories and relative researches on adult learning styles, and exploring the practice circumstances, and all these serve as references for this research design. Secondly, the adequate tool of this research, “learning style questionnaire for foreign spouses learners,” is developed with research tools from domestic and foreign scholars taken as reference. And the empirical study on course activities of foreign spouses learner in different campuses is then conducted. A total of 308 valid questionnaires are collected for results study, and the discussion is proceeded after performing analysis of sampling distribution, percentage, independent sample t-test, independent single-factor anova analysis, and Pearson product-moment correlation in statistic software; the following conclusions are presented: 1.The biggist part of elementary supplement schools’ foreign spouses students are Vietnamiens then Indonesians. They are mostly around age of 30 and junior high educated at their countries. They are often housekeepers and had arrived Taiwan seven years at least. 2.Foreign spouses learners of elementary supplement schools in Taipei County prefer “participant learning” and “collaborative learning” most, followed by “independent learning” , “competitive learning” and “dependent learning”. 3.The learning styles for foreign spouses learners of elementary supplement schools in Taipei County vary significantly with learners’age, primary nationality, education background and employment condition. 4.The learning effects for foreign spouses learners of elementary supplement schools in Taipei County vary significantly with learners’age, primary nationality and education background. 5.The learning styles of foreign spouses learners of elementary supplement schools in Taipei County are correlated to learners’ learning effects.
