We use space multiplexing with Multiple Input Multiple Output ( MIMO ) antenna construction and transmit the data with two groups of Quasi-Orthogonal Space-Time Block Code ( QOSTBC ) .It processes double data at the same time in the system that base on Bayes decision rule. It proposes one kind of estimation mechanism to improve the MIMO antenna system which has been considered under the spatially correlated antennas on both transmit and receive sides. A MIMO channel matrix is determined from the Kronecker product of the spatial correlation coefficient matrices at the transmitter and the receiver. The Jakes model provided to generate sixteen independent and identically distributed multi-path fading channels is considered in order to realize these spatial correlations between antennas of the transmitter and the receiver. The CDF distribution of the eigenvalues decomposition and the Bit Error Rate (BER) simulations performed using two groups of Quasi-Orthogonal Space-Time Block Coding and QPSK ( Quadrature Phase Shift Keying ) .To confirm that we would improve the system ability.
