For developing the synergy of the own brand and the OEM business, many computer industries are energetic in recombining of the organization systems and the professional OEM businesses which can enhance the integral competitiveness. However, it should be more energetic and careful for finding the best position between the change and unchange in the industrial environment that only the strong survive. Comparatively, the Asus businesses should be worked more accurately for amplifying on the depth and the breadth which can control the next term of the business revolution. Financial ratios are common tools to evaluate operation performance of a firm. Though financial ratios are easy to compute and explain, it is difficult to employ more than one financial ratio to evaluate the financial performance of firms. Evaluating the efficiency value by DEA, we can measure the performance of every subsidiary. This study shows that there are sixteen 3C industries in ASUS group. There are 4 parts of the financial values used as the inputs and outputs; moreover, providing the suggestion of the ideal input quantity in every subsidiary which can reveal the improvement of administration.
