The purpose of this thesis is based on the circuit structure of off-line forward converter, And utilize the auxiliary winding to achieve power factor correction and battery charging. In accordance with forward converter structure add Active-Clamp technology to reach control voltage surge and transformer reset function. Leakage consumption energy will go up again to the host circuit, to enable the entirety energy exploitation be forever, let an user extend much time.
This thesis will coordinate the textbook theory and match the inferential reasoning formula as well as the IsSpice computer simulation. Finally we confirms this electric circuit usability .
