碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 體育學系碩士班 === 96 === The purposes of this study were to understand the users’ participation motivation and satisfaction of Taipei Wanhua Sports Center, and to compare different degree of participation motivation and satisfaction of Taipei Wanhua Sports Center according to different demographic variables. 354 subjects were selected from the users of Taipei Wanhua Sports Center. The questionnaire titled “Participation Motivation and Satisfaction of Taipei Wanhua Sports Center” was applied as the tool to collect data. The data obtained from questionnaires was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe method. The conclusions were:
1. Most of the users were female, 23-29 years old, earned college education,industry and businessman, average monthly income range is between 25001~45000 NTD, single, Non-Wanhua residents, the frequency was generally once a week, average exercise time was about 2 hours, visited the Sports Center at weekends or holidays and time between 17:01~19:00.
2. The top 3 utilized facility were “gymnasium” , “swimming pool” ,“badminton court”.
3. The study showed a higher need in “personal achievement” and “the feeling of stress release” of female users compared to that of male users.
4. Age below15 users had highest need in “personal achievement” and
“recreation entertainment”, and 16 - 22 years old users had lowest need in“personal achievement” and “recreation entertainment”.
5. The study showed a higher need in “personal achievement” of earned elementary school education users compared to that of earned high school, college and graduate school education users. The study showed a higher need in “recreation and entertainment” of earned elementary school and graduate school education users compared to that of earned high school education users.
6. The frequency of users showed a positive correlation with the level of their need in“health and fitness”. The study showed a higher need in “recreation and entertainment” of the frequency was generally once and over 5 times a week users compared to that of the frequency was generally 2-3 times a week users.
7. The study showed a higher need in “recreation and entertainment” of average exercise time was about 4 hours users compared to that of average exercise time was about 1 hour and 2 hours users. The study showed a higher need in“the feeling of stress release” of average exercise time was about 4 hours users compared to that of average exercise time was about 2 hours users.
8. The study showed a higher need in “health and fitness” and “recreation and entertainment” of holiday users compared to that of weekday users.
9. The study showed a higher satisfaction in “service and marketing” of female users compared to that of male users.
10. Age below15 users had highest satisfaction in “facilities, public image and athletic atmosphere”, “service and marketing” and “convenience”, and 16 – 22 years old users had lowest satisfaction in “convenience”.
11. Earned elementary school education users had highest satisfaction in “facilities, public image and athletic atmosphere”, “aggregate environment” “service and marketing” and “convenience”, and earned high school education users had lowest satisfaction in “convenience”.
12. The study showed a higher satisfaction in “facilities, public image and athletic atmosphere” of student and service industry users compared to that of industry and businessman users. The study showed a higher satisfaction in “aggregate environment” of housewives users compared to that of industry , businessman and freelancer users. The study showed a higher satisfaction in “aggregate environment” of service industry users compared to that of industry and businessman users. The study showed a higher satisfaction in “service and marketing” of housewives users compared to that of industry and businessman users.
13. The study showed a higher satisfaction in “service and marketing” of single users compared to that of married users.
14. The study showed a higher satisfaction in “service and marketing” and“convenience” of Wanhua residents users compared to that of Non-Wanhua residents users.
15. The study showed a higher satisfaction in “convenience” of the frequency was generally once and over 5 times a week users compared to that of the frequency was generally 2-3 times a week users.
16.
