First, explore the reality for principals’servant-leadership and school administration effectiveness. Secondary, the researcher also investigated the diversity of different back- ground variables between principals’ servant-leadership and school administration effect-tiveness. Thirdly, analyze the relationships between principals’ servant-leadership and school administration effectiveness. Finally, explore predictive efficacy of principals’servant- leadership and school administration effectiveness, and propose personal conclusion and suggestions to educational administration authority, principals and future researchers. The research methods are literature analysis and questionnaire survey. The survey was targeted for the deans, directors, hierophant and teachers of elementary schools in Tao-yuan,. County. There are 706 questionnaires totally issued and 563 effective questionnaires are reclaimed. The data is analyzed by SPSS15.0version for Windows, inculding average, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson、Canonical Correlation analysis and Multiple stepwise-regression analysis. The major finds were: 1. The teachers of elementary schools in Taoyuan County, perceived an upper level on principals’servant-leadership. 2. The teachers of elementary schools in Taoyuan County perceived an upper level on school administration effectiveness. 3. The teachers of elementary schools in Taoyuan County had different perception of principals’ servant- leadership among different background variables. 4. The teachers of elementary schools in Tao-yuan County had different perception of school administration effectiveness among different background variables. 5. There were positive and strongly significant correlations among all dimensions of principals’servant- leadership and school administration effectiveness of elementary schools in Tao-yuan County. 6.
