It helped to analyze the correlation between Working Values and Job Involvement and explore Working Values’ influence on Job Involvement. And the conclusion based on this research provides some suggestions as the reference to enhance the Working Values and Job Involvement in Taipei County. This research was conducted by literature analyses and a survey with the tool of researcher self-developed questionnaire, “Study of Working Values and Job Involvement on Elementary School Teachers who have part-time administration jobs in Taipei County.” The valid samples are 712 teachers who have part-time administration jobs in Taipei County. The data obtained were worked through mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and Stepwise multiple regressions for analysis and treatment. The conclusion extracted from the research is as follows, 1. The teachers who have part-time administration jobs in Taipei County attach great importance to Working Values. 2. The female teachers who have part-time administration jobs hold higher Working Values on Interpersonal Relationship and Economic Reward than male ones. 3. Those who have served for more than 21 years think more of Working Values. 4. The teachers who have part-time administration jobs show different Working Values among varied scales of school. 5. The teachers who have part-time administration jobs in Taipei County tend to Job Involvement. 6. The teachers who have part-time administration jobs show more Job Involvement with the increasing age, serving seniority, and administrative seniority. 7. The directors show more Job Involvement than the chiefs. 8. The teachers who have part-time administration jobs show different Job Involvement among varied scales of school. 9. The Working Values of the elementary school teachers who have part-time administration jobs has close relation with the Job Involvement. 10. The Values, Innovation and Development and Achievement and Reputation, for teachers who have part-time administration jobs have more influence on Job Involvement. Based on the conclusion above, we would like to present some suggestions as feasible reference for educational administrative bureaus, the administration of school, teachers who have part-time administration jobs, and further research.
