Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 教育政策與管理研究所 === 96 === study for School Brand Management and Innovative Management Performance for Educational Personnel of Taipei County Elementary School Abstract This research aims to understand the current status for school brand management and innovative management performance for educational personnel of elementary school, additionally, to explore impacts unto the elementary school educational personnel and the school innovative management performance from the perspectives of individual background variables of educational personnel, and variables of school environments and school brand management. This research adopts the test samplings from principals, directors, team leaders, tutors and courses teachers from the Taipei county public elementary schools. And this research also applies “Official survey queries of brand management and school innovative management performance for the elementary educational personnel” as research tools. The significant samplings for official survey query were 485 (with 37 principals, 81 directors, 110 team leaders, 187 class tutors and 70 courses teachers), and the data collected were further processed for information analyses via statistics methods like descriptive analysis, t Test, One-way ANOVA, Stepwise regression procedure. And the findings are as follow: 1. The current status for school brand management of Taipei county elementary school educational personnel attains the degree of high mark. 2. The current status of awareness for school innovative management performance of Taipei county elementary school educational personnel attains the degree of high mark. 3. Within the background variables for Taipei county elementary school personnel, the awareness of school brand management for educational personnel with different “gender”, “age”, “position held”, “service seniority” and the “highest academic degree acquired” exhibits significant differences. 4. Within the background variables for Taipei county elementary school educational personnel, the awareness for school innovative management performance for different “gender”, “age”, “position held”, “service seniority” and “highest academic degree acquired” exhibits significant differences. 5. “Customer satisfaction” exhibits fairly good prediction capability to the overall school innovative management performance. Lastly, this research is based upon the above findings, and proposes accordingly so as to provide credible references to educational administrative organizations, school principals, elementary school teachers and future researchers targeting on enhancing the elementary school education or proceed to relevant researches.
