Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 教育政策與管理研究所 === 96 === This study explored the administrative work knowledge and skills and the inter-personal relationship of three novice administrative teachers in elementary schools. In light of the subject characteristics and the research purpose, the qualitative research method is adopted and three novice administrative teachers in different schools, different departments and with different occupational seniorities are the subjects of the study. Information is collected mainly through interviews with auxiliary observation and document analysis. The research purpose is achieved with analysis, organization and induction. This study intends to analyze and discuss based on the above study findings in order to come at conclusions and bring forth suggestions, which can be referenced by school administrative supervisors, novice administrative teachers, teachers and in future studies. Conclusion: 1. In the school administrative system, administrative teachers play an important role of holding the system together. 2. Factors that contribute to the novice administrative teachers’ work skills vary with individuals and come from the organization. 3. Novice administrative teachers are faced with both the pressure from work and from inter-personal relationship. 4. The ideas of administrative teachers decide the administrative performance and quality. 5. From being a teacher to being an administrator, change in the stance can boost mutual understanding. 6. Novice administrative teachers develop different inter-personal relationship methods to different objects.
