Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 教育政策與管理研究所 === 97 === The purposes of this study is to explore the develpment process of Chongde, Baojhang, Dongshan Elementary School in Taipei county participating “Taiwan Sustainable School Project by the Ministry of Education” in 2006 and the effectiveness and satisfaction from user’s point of view to propose related advices. In order to reach the purposes of this study, first, to collect correlative pappers and theories to establish the framework and hypothesis of the research. Then, to use “The Interview Outlines of Taiwan Sustainable School Project performers” as the tools of research to proceed interview 9 mainly project performers in the 3 primary schools. And to use “The Questionnaire of Taiwan Sustainable School user’s satisfaction” as the tools of research to proceed questionnaire for 72 teachers, and 605 fifth, sixth grade students in the 3 primary schools. Finally, to proceed statistic analysis through the percentage of the numbers of times, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and to analyze the informations of questionnaire and interviews. According to the findings, conclusions as follows: 1. Case schools informed Taiwan Sustainable School Project by three ways: government information, partnerships solicitation, and self-education. 2. The reasons for the application is to improve the campus, school teaching and respond to development needs. 3. The leader in case school promoted Taiwan Sustainable School Project is principal. There are two main enforcement agency, works for general affairs office, the curriculum for the administration affairs office. 4. Case schools to be transformed, through the continued application of other programs, school-based curriculum, and other actions to enable school environment towards sustainable development of the school. 5. After promoted Taiwan Sustainable School Project, egan to deepen the concept of sustainable school related to daily life. 6. On decision-making, case schools participated Taiwan Sustainable School Project overall planning program for the trunk, and then consider the trend of the particular environment, and gradually achieve. 7. In the application of Taiwan Sustainable School Project, case schools encountered two problems: lack of understanding the Ministry of Education plans to review the standards are, in theory and practice can not be made on the appropriate choice; accept applications for the shortness of time, lack of experience, can not set a more robust program. 8. In the Implementation of Taiwan Sustainable School Project, case schools encountered four problems: not easy to reach a consensus, the lack of integration into the curriculum, the lack of professional working, funding grants limited. 9. In the promotion of Taiwan Sustainable School Project, there are two needs of case schools: continued funding assistance, expert assistance to import. 10. On school environment, the three school teachers satisfaction reached 93%, and the satisfaction of the students also achieved 85%. 11. On teaching, group leaders’ satisfaction measurement average higher than teachers’. 12. On school life, under the age of 25 teachers’ satisfaction is higher than the 46-50 age-year-old teachers. 13. In the use of facilities there are four experienced problems: lack of safety measures, not enough to promote education, poor maintenance and management, the use of small courses. According to the findings of the research, the researcher offers some advices foreducational administration institutions, schools, architects and correlative research in future.
