| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 藝文產業設計與管理研究所 === 96 === This research aims to define and construct measurement indicators for Community Museums. Suggestions of ways to administer Community Museums are given to institutional administrators and fellow researchers for future references.
The methodologies used are literature review and the Delphi method. First, the literature review is used to obtain initial indicators, then Delphi method is used to collect opinions from experts in Community Museums, followed by community reinventing, which are used to examine the degree of importance and suitability of initial indicators. Finally, the practical evaluations of indicators suitable for Community Museums are produced.
The result of this research induces six major factors composed of 43 index items in total. The six major factors accordingly, are administrant operation which includes 7 index items、human resources which includes 5 items、reservation exhibition which includes 3 items、audience service which includes 7 items、environment facilities which includes 8 items and community relationship which includes 13 items.
