This research adopted grounded theory as the method to deeply interview total seven participants. The major findings were as following: In the train of the relevant background, the strength of intimate relationship, the identification of impressiveness, the reaction and adaptation of lost and sadness had main influence. Of the social support, same generation’s supports were the main resource. The main type of supports was emotion. In the response of experiencing lost and sadness, most of emotional reactions were feeling sorry and crying. The family’s attitude of death and response of sadness affected the participants’ cognition and sadness reaction as well. In the sadness adaptation, they got used to adapt themselves. The experience influenced the participants’ conception of death and life cognition influence.
