This study aims to present a new watermarking approach based on the balanced incomplete block designs (BIBD). The designed watermark is embedded into median frequency in the wavelet domain of the cover image. At the receiver site, the original image is used to extract the embedded watermark, and the mathematical structure of the BIBD is used to identify the watermark.
