Summary:碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 教育學系(所) === 97 === The purpose of this study is to explore influence of information quality of teachers and school administrative support to teachers applying information in teaching at elementary schools. The objective is teachers (including chiefs and division supervisors) at 128 elementary schools in Chiayi County to complete questionnaire of information quality and school administrative support to teachers applying information in teaching. The questionnaire contains information quality scale, scale of school administrative support to teachers applying information in teaching and manners of teachers applying information in teaching. The collected data are analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-Test, one-way ANOVA and stepwise multiple regression analysis.Major findings are: 1) overall information quality of teachers in ability of cognition and evaluation of information, ability of searching and accessing information and ability of integrating and applying information is above the medium level; 2) teachers have above medium level of overall administrative support in software and hardware facilities, human resources, attitude support, and provision of study channels; 3) teachers have medium level of overall application of information in teaching in application of computer software, application of technology products, and application of network resources; 4) teachers of different genders, ages, teaching time, posts and hours studying information have different information qualities; 5) teachers of different genders, ages, teaching time, posts and hours studying information share the same administrative support from schools; 6) teachers of different genders, ages, teaching time, posts and hours studying information have distinctive different teaching manners of applying information; 7) ability of integrating and applying information is highly predictive of teachers applying information in teaching; provision of study channels is highly predictive of applying information in teaching among administrative support.
