E-Commerce is an irresistible trend both for consumers or companies which develop gradually in recent years have already retrieved many users attraction. As results, it is an important issue for enterprises to utilize virtual channel and develop the distribution channel. This research focuses on B2C business model in Taiwan and analyzes the different business models inducing cost performance and market influence. My research takes business models and virtual channel of XX Corporation’s products as a case study. After analyzing the data of the business models via Excel and Index, I will give suggestions for improvement. There are three major parts in this paper. At first, it focuses on theorem development which discusses the importance of virtual channel and characteristic of e-commerce business models. Second, it lists a case study discussing XX Corporation’s products. The third part is data analysis and performance evaluation. I will observe whether there is space for reducing cost or benefit improvement after applying this model. Finally I will elucidate and make a conclusion for the future development of the e-commerce.
