Describing the process with suitable kinetics of the transesterification and using the Aspen Plus® to design and simulate in steady state .After that ,we use the Aspen DynamicsTM to do dynamic simulations. In the purification process of sub-product glycerol ,the simulation results demonstrate that using the reflux ratio to control the 3rd stage temperature is better than with the reboiler-duty to the 2nd stage temperature .This control strategy is able to maintain the purities of the product stream in the face of various disturbances .The result shows the schemes have good performance for disturbance rejection ,and can provide the consultation in industry. none 周宜雄 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 91 zh-TW |
