Japan defined 2003 as the first year of corporate social responsibility, however there’s already had general idea of it in Edo Period. For now, all of major corporation have same style；released financial statement, regularly release social and environmental responsibility direct report；recently, Brithish government recommend require to retirement allowances trust executor of stipulating about corporate ethic values in financial report. The main reason that they require it is to remind for owner of corporate. The corporations are not only earning money, but also must have serious ethic concept. In addition, many corporates happens disingenuous events lately. In the process, robust social development point that is only one way can survive is Sustainable Development.” Sustainable Development” is the intention of the power can developing and operating forever；purpouse of operate of corporatation, except benefit, the most important thing is to seek opportunity of Sustainable Development.
At the same time to compare Taiwanese and Japanese corporate social responsibility, it able to disscuss about；what kind of influence to corporatation after events；what difference between Taiwanese and Japanese corporate social responsibility；what about the Sustainable Development in the future and nenifit & Sustainable；what about the enhancement of competitiveness. This research gives the signification about achievement of feedback.
