Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 機械工程系 === 96 === This thesis is mainly to control 3D pneumatic arm using photo vision feedback. The 3D pneumatic arm is setup by pneumatic muscle and rotational actuators. It is associated with two sets of CCD Camera and their photo visions can by transformed to the 3D position measurement. It implements a self-organizing sliding mode fuzzy controller for the 3D trajectory tracking control. Then through variety trajectory tracking experiments, it can study the characteristics of this photo vision based 3D pneumatic arm, and evaluate their trajectory tracking control performance.
