And career identity is a kind of measurement that workers involve their career. Many enterprises carried out the restructuring and downsizing to promote their competition for the past few years. But these strategies ignore workers’ career identity, so organization must notice and improve workers career identity to increase whole service efficiency. When workers have low career identity, they may reduced the belief of the organization and reduce their passion in the work. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among career identity (CI), emotional labor (EL) and emotional exhaustion (EE) about first-line employees. This study adopts anonymous questionnaires from 298 first-line valid samples employees and the response rate was 91.41%. The results are as follows: 1. CI affected deep acting positively, and influenced surface acting negatively. 2. Deep acting did not affect EE, but surface acting influenced EE positively. 3. CI influenced EE negatively. 4. Above results by path analysis revealed partially mediated variable (surface acting) had obvious impact on CI and EE. The authors discussed the implications for theory and practices, and suggestions for the further study. Shao-Lung Lin Yung-Yen Chen 林少龍 陳勇諺 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 80 zh-TW |
