The sports & recreation industry facing the emerging market and businesses has more superiority and developing with the opportunity. Taiwan's sports & recreation industry is growing, rising and flouring. Therefore, we need find successful leadership styles; learning how eagerly anticipates the industry. An outstanding performance industry case of Johnson Health Tech. Co. Inc, and discusses the enterprise’s competitive advantages through the method of qualitative research by investigated Johnson Health Tech. Co. Inc. senior manager. The result of this study are as follows： 1.The team-cooperation pattern leadership is the new generation's leadership pattern, must unceasingly innovate coordinates the most practical management method; 2.The goal management lets enterprise all colleagues understand the goal is at, understands the self-control principle effectiveness; 3.The enterprise must be able unceasingly to study in the process, maintains to study other domestic and global business's specialized superiority is the values which the leader establishes first; 4.An ordeal for leader are the ideas for managing the enterprise and establishing the corporate culture; 5.To encourage the customers to use the product efficiency, the multi- brands strategy is one of the successful factors. To establishment goal-management and the standard-operation-procedure are the keys lead the company succeeds.
