Description
Summary:碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 巿政暨環境規劃學系 === 96 === The operation of Taipei Mass Rapid Transit system (MRT) created the phenomenon of shortened space and time in the urban area due to its convenience. This also affected the intimacy of the urban space development and expanded the area outwards which is beneficial to the development of the city. Therefore, the surrounding areas of many MRT stations have changed significantly due to the convenience where the activities involved in the nearby areas were also altered accordingly. Moreover, through the construction of the MRT network, not only is it an effective way of gaining the most from social resources, but it has also brought vivid growth to the land and real property market along the MRT line. However, different types of transfer and characteristics of the MRT station bring different influences to the land nearby. Therefore, the land use of the nearby areas differs according to different types of transfer and characteristics of the MRT station. It is important to raise the awareness of such phenomenon and investigate deeper into the connection between the types of station and its characteristic versus the land use of the nearby areas. This research is based on the 21 stations of Danshui Line of the Taipei MRT System. The research area is expanded to the lands within 400 meters using the station as the center of the concentric circle. The station itself is profoundly studied through relevant theories and documents, along with the analyses and summaries of information relevant to the MRT station. Accompanied by the field research of the lands nearby, the stations are classified into groups according to 「Hierarchiacl Cluster」. Finally, the whole research is proved by 「Regression」as its final analytic conclusion.
