Owing to the increasing education recognition of citizens on mental disorder for the recent years and colleges confront with hardships in their lives and lost control of emotion and other circumstances have led to a research of mental disorder (study) by researcher. In addition, the enhancement on esthetics cultivation and emphasis on spiritual life quality have triggered the researcher to start from self-job function, to combine psychiatric (mental treatment) with painting art field through their learnt skills to design the research direction and purpose of this essay. We expect to utilize the painting skills to lead college students for self-recognition and pressure release of inner emotion to reduce lose control of emotion, occurring percentage of mental disorder to foster mental health and self-health care.
This essay focuses on research of application of painting on art therapy, to cite ways of painting as event design concept for a learning group of college students. To use the expression of painting as a medium to guide college students for self-recognition and emotion discovery. Also, to provide group students with related emotion release approaches through this research event design for essay, so as to sublimate (transform) the experiences for each individual, as well as self- growth and self-efficacy.
