| Summary: | 碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 96 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between Career Plateauing and Organizational Citizenship Behavior and to exam the mediating effect of job satisfaction on their relationship. A total of 456 questionnaires was collected to analyize from employees of a private back in Taiwan. The results are summarized as follows:
1.There were signficantly negative relationship between career plateauing and OCB.
2.Content plateauing was significantly and negatively related to OCB and its dimensions.
3.Hierarchical plateau was not significantly and negatively related to OCB and its dimensions except for Conscientiousness and Civic Virtue.
4.Job satisfaction had mediating effects on the relationships between OCB and Career Plateauing as well as Content plateauing and Hierarchical plateau.
5.Internal job satisfaction had mediating effects on the relationships between OCB and Career Plateauing as well as Content plateauing and its dimensions except for Coutesy. However, Internal Job Satisfaction had no significantly mediating effects on Hierarchical plateau.
6.External job satisfaction had no mediating effects on the relationships between OCB and Career Plateauing as well as Content plateauing and its dimensions except for Autrism and Civic Virtue. However, External Job Satisfaction had no significantly mediating effects on Hierarchical plateau as well as dimensions except for Civic Virtue.
