Summary:碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 96 === The Influence of Motivation on Job Satisfaction and Work Performance-An Empirical Study of C Senior High School Abstract This study is to discuss the influence of motivation factors on job satisfaction and work performance for senior high school students; further, to find out the discrepancy of different individual’s variables for senior high school students on motivation factors, job satisfaction and work performance. Based on the results of the study, it is to provide specific recommendation as a reference for schools and future studies. This study takes the sample of C Senior High School, which provides four complete education systems, including general senior high school, comprehensive senior high school, vocational high school and continuing education division. Targeting on the daytime students, a survey is conducted by questionnaires to collect sample information. With effective return of 821 copies, statistic analysis such as mean, standard deviation, ANOVA analysis, and regression analysis is performed on the information investigated. The major findings of the study are as follows: 1.The satisfaction level of motivation factors in job satisfaction and work performance for senior high school students is considered to be “above average,” with the highest mean in the aspects of “activity rewards”, “job achievement”, and “job nature,” respectively. 2.There is no significant variance in the motivation factors satisfaction level for senior high school students’ individual variables such as gender, experience as team leaders or tutors in class, experience as monitors or going on official assignments, part-time working experience, obtained school application recommendation, and academic achievements; there are partial variances in other individual variables. 3.There is no significant variance in the level of job satisfaction for the senior high school students’ individual variables such as part-time working experience, obtained school application recommendation, academic achievements and moral education achievements; there are partial variances in other individual variables. 4.There is no significant variance in the level of work performance for senior high school students’ individual variables such as gender, experience as team leaders or tutors in class, academic achievements and moral education achievements; there are partial variances in other individual variables. 5.The satisfaction level of motivation factors and job satisfaction for senior high school students are positively correlated. 6.The satisfaction level of motivation factors and work performance for senior high school students are positively correlated. 7.The job satisfaction and work performance for senior high school students are positively correlated.
