Taiwan enterprises will face strong competitors. In order to enhance Taiwan’s enterprise competitiveness, it must provide higher quality of candidate for the profession inside, and to actively seek more partnership cooperation opportunities outside. Especially at this point in time, choosing a right partnership is extremely important as it can dramatically affect the enterprise survivability. Therefore, partnership selection between airline and travel agency is utterly important. Research motivation: Because the airline and travel agency cooperate more closely, enterprise find its position and interaction by realizing the advantage and competitiveness each other. To get most profit, in-depth relationship understanding can be realized from finding its hidden chemistry. This kind of dynamic relationship let commercial commitment on the cooperation between the airlines and travel agency be more trustful. Implementation: This research is to interview four senior executives in travel agency. By reviewing the literature of partnership, we get four major aspects: Cooperation, Reliance, Profit sharing, and Risk management. Conclusions: 1. Companies in partnership have the proper adaptability to the tourism market. 2. Frequent changes in tourism market increase the importance of appropriate partnership. 3. Full understanding industry knowledge between partnerships holds the key to business success in tourism. Ultimately, this study shows that the professional management has to make the right decision at the appropriate time and master at a balance interaction in the partnership.
