The E-learning platform and the E-learning content have been developed and applied constantly.Teaching in school has also adopted and incorporated the technology in this respect gradually. Most of the relevant research topic for E-learning has constantly excavated and discussed.
This study developed and evaluated a E-learning educational Platform Based on SCORM standard for students and teachers of schools. This platform has an embedded team teaching learning model that makes this model more explicit for learner. This research is based on a Canadian-developed ATutor to design the curriculum content to be used in schools. This LMS is user-friendly and easy to maintain. It’s useful for teachers to compile teaching materials and to promote the information technology education. Furthermore, its searching and content packaging functions allow teachers to access the curriculum needed.
Findings of this study are summarized as follows:(1) The E-learning Platform Based on SCORM standard is properly an on-line learning environment for team teaching. (2) The E-learning Platform Based on SCORM standard is a suitable platform for infusion of computer technology in schools. (3) The E-learning Platform Based on SCORM standard has a positive influence on pupils learning.
