Description
Summary:博士 === 東吳大學 === 中國文學系 === 96 === This study will resort to Tang-yin’s “On 100 Poems and Lyrics”, “Another 36 Verses – Monograph on Ling Nang Writer,” and “Another 40 Verses – Monograph on Individual from Ming Dynasty”, all 176 “on poems and lyrics” as its subjects of research, Among them, the discussion on 100 verses by lyric writers from Tang and Soong Dynasty have encompassed all of the important writers that should be discussed in the lyric history. So that not only famous writers of Tang and Soong Dynasty that received much attention but also those minor writers not given with much attention as Wang Sheng, Shu Dan, Tseng Di were discussed, even Tsai Ting and Hsu Sheng as writers who left only 1 verse behind. As for monograph on 36 verses by Ling Nang lyric writers, it reflected the importance of Tang-yin awarded to rural state literatures as remarks are provided for explanation with its poetry discussion of Ling Nang lyric writers. These explanations are most helpful to my study of the works and anecdotes of Ling Nang lyric writers as it realizes the active function using poetry to preserve history and literatures. As for monograph on 40 verses of lyric writers of Ching Dynasty, it has concentrated on elaborating the major writers during the initial and middle period of the times, making it as if a lyric history of Ching Dynasty for special attention. From the investigation and analysis of these 176 poems, it should construe the proposition on the lyric study of the author, and have it placed within the context of development network of lyric history, showing its inheritance and trend. The section of thesis study is conducted as follows: The first chapter is the introduction, and it will elaborate on the research motif and purpose, define the scope of material, and further put for research methodology. In the second chapter, it will mainly investigate the person and story of Tang-yin, including the life experiences of the author, style of poem and lyric, and the textual research on the composition of “on poem and lyric” and its relevant background study. It will, as a whole, elaborate on the thoughts of Tang’s lyric, and concluded the appreciation and evaluation theme of “on poem and lyric” so as to demonstrate the belief of his lyric study. From chapter 3 to 8, it will interpret the significance and relevant issues of every work in “on poem and lyric.” It will be demarcated itself by time period. When it discusses 100 lyrics of works from Tang and Soong Dynasty, they are marked into three chapters as Tang Dynasty and Five Periods, North Soong Dynasty, and South Soong Dynasty, and these works will, based on the development of lyric history, be classified as to which school in their period of time. As for lyric writers of Ling Nang, it is created into an independent chapter, while period of time is resorted to for classification as respectively into Five Periods, South Soong Dynasty, Ming Dynasty, and Ching Dynasty for clarification. Lyric writer of Ching Dynasty is categorized into the initial and middle period of time for elaboration. Though there is no particular categorization of lyric work by Tang for female lyric writer, it is by custom that female lyric writer is placed at the end of the categorization. Therefore, this paper has especially established a special chapter for female lyric writer to demonstrate the specific viewpoint of female lyric writer by Tang. Chapter 9 will conduct the conclusion of the work, and it will integrate the primary viewpoint of the author, and have it placed in the development network of the lyric history for evaluation and analysis so as to more comprehensively master relevant issues of the thoughts of lyric study.
