Always many scholars conduct the correlation research to the Wang’s two books, to manifests Wang’s “Shuo Wen” study the theory and its the achievement has grasping of the suitable degree. Among them, “Shuo Wen Shi Li．Cun Yi” is extremely few obtains the research attention, so that Wang’s “Shuo Wen” discipline the research results is vague not entire, is unable to be able to manifest completely. The present paper will do the research exhaustive to Wang Jun’s “Cun Yi” refute and testify to Duan Yu-Cais's “Shuo Wen Jie Zi Zhu” the elaboration, the expectation clarifies to Wang’s “Shuo Wen” discipline the research results.
