In peripheral blood, there are exhibit γδ T cell receptor, called for γδ T cell, γδ T cell is one kind of innate immunity , has exhibited in the peripheral blood monocyte cell about 1-10%, γδ TCR also exists in the lymphoid organ (e.g. spleen and lymph node and so on) as well as the skin, the tongue, the esophagus, the trachea, the lung and the intestines and so on the epidermis. γδ T cell will secrete each kind of cytokine and have cytotoxicity ability. γδ T cell also has the anticancer treatment and the immunity regulation function. Resveratrol is the polyphenol compound which separates from the grape skin, Resveratrol has the anti-inflammation, suppress many kinds of tumour cells and prevention cardiovascular disease's ability. This study wants to know that Resveratrol anticancer ability to the influence of γδ T cell. The result exhibited that Resveratrol will not affect γδ T cell receptor,and high concentration (500 nM) will cause γδ T cell proliferation to be many.
