Summary:碩士 === 國防大學政治作戰學院 === 心理研究所 === 96 === This study divided into two parts of pilot study and formal study. In the pilot study, the authors developed the scale of creative tendency in military organization. The scale of creative tendency in military organization includes four subscales: adventure, curiosity, imagination, challenge. The scale has good reliability and validity. In the formal study, participants were 568 lieutenant officers. The materials are voluntary officer’s job stress scale, affective disposition scale, thinking styles scale, the scale of creative tendency in military organization. The results suggested:(a) This study construct the model of lieutenant officers “ job stress, positive affective disposition, and creative tendency model”, “ job stress, negative affective disposition, and creative tendency model”, “ job stress, thinking styles, and creative tendency model” the overall model had supported completely, (b) The positive affective disposition had significant moderated effect on the relation between job stress and creativity, (c) The negative affective disposition had significant moderated effect on the relation between job stress and creativity,(d) The thinking styles had significant moderated effect on the relation between job stress and creativity. Finally, the results by this study can apply to military organization and promote the efficiency of military organization.
