With time processing, new knowledge has constantly increased, modern weapons have renovated and the quality of navy personnel is escalating. Therefore, it is the most important thing to strengthen the job satisfaction of warships’ personnel, to enhance the job performance and to ensure the security of costal territory. The research aims at discussing about the relevance between navy warship men’s job satisfaction and job performance. It analyses the relevance, difference and influence of the four factors --- leadership, personality, job satisfaction and job performance. It also compares the difference between job satisfaction and job performance from navy warship men’s personal background. I issued 300 questionnaires and retrieved 269 effective samples. This research uses the statistical analysis methods such as descriptive statistic, factor analysis, variation analysis, Pearson's product-moment correlation and structural equation modeling. The result shows : 1. The variation of different background doesn’t have obvious influence on leadership, personalities, job satisfaction and job performance. 2. The leadership is positively related to personality. 3. The leadership is positively related to job satisfaction. 4. The leadership is positively related to job performance. 5.The personality is positively related to job satisfaction. 6. The personality is positively related to job performance. 7. The job satisfaction is positively related to job performance. In the end, according to the verified research comments, it may offer some suggestions to high-ranked administrators of navy and following researchers.
