碩士 === 世新大學 === 企業管理研究所(含碩專班) === 96 === Because of the environment of domestic business management and industrial rapid development in the early time, the enterprises faced the pressure of the labor and land cost. Consequently,they were eager to search for the lower production cost to gain high profits and maintain the competetive advantages. Therefore, the enterprises moved toward the foreign investment. It is an inevitable tendency for the Taiwanese businessmen to layout in the whole world for dozens of years. However, the major location is China. I will discuss the condition of investment in China where the Taiwanese businessmen layout in the highest proportion, and then realize the Taiwanese businessmen how to collect finances in China and Hong Kong market. Inexpensive and abundant labor is one of the fundamental advantages to appeal to the Taiwanese businessmen to go west into China in the past decade. After China turned out "The industrial workshop of the world", it was followed by rising salary and the absent labor , and this situation becomes more and more serious. China promulgated "Enterprise Obtained Tax law" and "Work Contract Law" in 2007 and starts in the beginning 2008. Owing to these new commercial laws and regulations, Taiwanese businessmen's operation cost advances, and then the superiority in former days now becomes the nightmare. To attract the Taiwanese businessmen and the foreign capital to come to invest, the Vietnamese authorities are engaged in a series of reformation of economy. They devote themselves to improving the domestic investment environment, and officially being the 150th member nation in the United Nations in 2007. The expansion is well-known internationally, hence many Taiwanese businessmen consider to set up the production base toward Vietnam. When the Taiwanese enterprises layout in the world, including investing Vietnam, it is the most radical and most important method of direct financing in the stock market. Nevertheless, the enterprises go public is not only the most important strategy but also the most basic one in the localization strategy. The enterprises go on the market on the stock market involves the significance of the enterprises’localization striving for the local market development, collecting the local fund, recruiting native staff with better quality and other superior factors.This research will take the case by the Vietnamese area to explain and reveal that TAYA electric wire and cable company goes public to represent the localization.
