Summary:碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 人類性學研究所 === 96 === The main purposes of this study were to explore the determinants and sexual assault prevention knowledge for fifth and sixth-grade students of elementary school in Kaohsiung County“A Questionnaire of knowledge of sexual assault prevention for fifth and sixth-grade students of elementary school in Kaohsiung County scale” was developed, and 380 elementary students in Kaohsiung County were surveyed. The contact information from the questionnaire was statistically analyzed by One-way ANOVA, descriptive surveys. For understand the connection between affected factor and sexual assault prevention cognition for fifth and sixth-grade students of elementary school in Kaohsiung County, this study comes up with affective strategy. Through plenty of educational opportunities, making student to learn body knowledge, to protect him/herself from being hurt, to respect other people, to realize crisis, to be distant from danger. The main purposes of this study were as follows: 1. To understand present sexual assault prevention cognition for fifth and sixth-grade students of elementary school. 2. To explore the differences of sexual assault prevention cognitive for fifth and sixth-grade students of elementary school for different personal variables. 3. To explore the differences of sexual assault prevention cognitive for fifth and sixth-grade students of elementary school for different family background variables. 4. To explore the differences of sexual assault prevention cognitive for fifth and sixth -grade students of elementary school for different environmental background variables. 5. To explore the influences of sexual assault prevention cognitive for fifth and sixth-grade students of elementary school of different school location variables. 6. According to the result of study, this information came up with specific suggestion as references for parents, elementary teachers, institutions of elementary education and teacher education to teach or carry out sexual assault prevention education. The conclusions of this study were summarized as following: 1. The sexual assault prevention cognitive for elementary school students is the best, the following is the sexual assault crisis management cognition; the worst is the “body privacy” cognition. 2. There is no conspicuous difference to sexual assault prevention cognition of different grades students, but the sexual assault prevention knowledge of different gender is a partial difference. 3. There is no conspicuous difference to sexual assault prevention knowledge of students with different family background variables (connubiality of parents, religion belief), but the sexual assault prevention knowledge of student with socioeconomic status, parenting interaction, method of discipline is a difference. 4. There is no conspicuous difference to sexual assault prevention knowledge of students with different environmental background variables (TV media, internet peer-interaction). 5. There is conspicuous difference to sexual assault prevention knowledge of students on different locations of school variables. This study makes some suggestions as following: 1. Parents should take responsibility to educate children sexual assault prevention knowledge, communicate with children as much as possible and take methods of discipline into consideration. 2. Teachers should teach students correct sexual education knowledge to ehance their self-body understanding. 3. Teachers should take classes of sexual assault prevention knowledge for further studying. 4. Teachers could thoroughly understand sexual assault prevention knowledge in the process of education acquistion. 5. This study suggests that future study could be implemented in the elementary schools starting from lower grades for clearly understand sequence of cognition of different learning stages students.
