The subjects of this study are the graduates (88~95 semester) of National Tainan School for the Hearing Impaired. One hundred and thirty-five valid surveys were collected. Data is accurately analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and Multiple Regression analysis. Research findings are as follows: (1) The higher self-efficiency of the hearing impaired, the better adjustment of career. (2) The more family support for the hearing impaired, the better adjustment of career. (3) There is positive relationship between school support and the hearing impaired adjustment. (4) The more career support, the stronger positive reinforcement on the hearing impaired adjustment. Keywords: the hearing impaired, self-efficiency, social support, work adjustment Huang, Pei-Wen 黃培文 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 101 zh-TW
