Description
Summary:碩士 === 大仁科技大學 === 生物科技研究所 === 96 === Armillaria mellea is a medicinal fungus symbiotic with “Tian-Ma” (Gastrodia elata Blume), which is commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine.Because Tian-Ma takes long term for development that its supply is often insufficient. A. mellea is essential for the growth of G. elata that producing rather similar secondary metabolites. The search on the alternatives of G. elata by A. mellea has becoming one of the major topics. Study on the constituents of cultured mycelium of A. mellea led to the isolation ofβ-sitosterol-3-O-stearate (1), β-sitosterol (2), 4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxy- benzoic acid methyl ester (3), 2-hydroxy-N-[(2S,3S,4R)-1,3,4-trihydroxy- tetradecan-2-yl]tetracosanamide (4), and 5,7,4´-trihydroxy-3´,5´-dimethoxy- flavone (5) all by NMR and other spectrometric methods, respectively. Of these components 4 can be a new ceramide derivative and namely armillamide.
