The purpose of this research is to analyze the rationality and faith, as well as Lev Shestov’s thinking. Many philosophers forgot faith but raise high rationality, and even use reason to judge religion. Human life have many kinds of suffer and pain, focus on rationality can’t let us find out truth or inner go freedom. In this paper, I analyze the function of rationality and the relationship with the main philosophers’ faith and belief. Tried to find out the right belief thinking attitude, finally to God’s road.
Research find out that rationality are very limited. Human reason’s appearance seems very freedom, but are bound in human own values and influence by acquired. Might be the original sin bound the human being. We can’t use limited to judge eternity.
This research also find out to understand God’s thinking is not from rationality but from faith. Faith can let human peace in the heart. When God redemption sinners didn’t use rationality. The only way to God’s side is faith.
