Then the characters of neutralized PST particles are changed, after this, particles are collected by the high voltage parallel collectors. The solutions and droplets characteristics and the size distribution are discussed in Chapter 4. After sampling, the electric charges are calculated by three methods: calculation by the Rayleigh limit, sampling by the Aerosol Electrometer and conversion by the removed rate, then getting three values, and comparing these values. The removal can be separated into two parts, the first is “wall lose” removal, and the second is “high voltage collection” removal. Particles are removed by the mechanisms, the removed rates are calculated by size distribution and total volume. In some parameters, the Buffer solution as a sample, the total removed rate is higher than 60%.
