Various parameters such as precursor concentrations、reaction temperatures and reaction times were used in this experiment for synthesizing ZnSe quantum dots. By the UV-Visible spectrometer analysis, the synthetic conditions which including precursor concentration and reaction temperatures were confirmed to be the main factors of affecting the product concentration of ZnSe quantum dots. The main point to control the size of ZnSe quantum dots in this study is the length of reaction times at a giving temperature. The synthetic reactions time in this study is controlled from 1 to 24 hours. The size increasing of ZnSe quantum dots which synthesized from 1 to 24 hours at 100℃ was observed by DLS analysis; due to the 「Quantum Confinement Effect」,the size increasing will decrease the energy gap of quantum dots. The photoluminescence spectrometer shows that the bathochromic shift phenomenon does be observed here. Both the excitation and emission peaks shifted from short wavelength to long wavelength, the emission peak shifted about 23nm (from 440~463nm). The best condition for synthesizing ZnSe quantum dots is 5mM for a reaction time of 24 hours at 100℃ in this experiment. 徐開鴻 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 94 en_US
