Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 材料科學與工程研究所 === 96 === There are five subjects in this thesis. Those contain the fabrication technologies and characteristics of ZnO nanowires, Ce-doped ZnO nanowires, core/shell-structure ZnO/CeO2 nanowires, CeO2 nanotubes and porous CeO2 film by hydrothermal method and wet-etching process. In this work, the textured ZnO seed layer on Si substrate is prepared by the decomposition of zinc acetate. Afterwards, the well-aligned single crystalline ZnO nanowires are successfully grown at low temperature by hydrothermal method. Through the added of different concentration of cerium nitrate and change the parameters, Ce-doped ZnO nanowires and core/shell-structure ZnO/CeO2 nanowires can be grew. Moreover, the different structures of CeO2 nanotubes and porous CeO2 film can be further fabricated by adjust the parameters after wet-etching with hydrochloric acid. The experimental results demonstrate that the fabrication of different nanomaterials and nanostructures, which not only offer better optical property than single material, but also may have future potential for application in electrodes, catalysts, adsorbents and optoelectronic devices.
