Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 有機高分子研究所 === 96 === The multi-walled carbon nanotubes were purified, and modified with butandiol. The product(BDMWNTs) was characterized by infrared, nuclear magnetic resonance and energy dispersive spectroscopy methods. The existence of hydroxybutane groups in BDMWNTs were identified in above spectra. BDMWNTs were incorporated into prepolymers which were prepared using poly(caprolactone)diol and methylene bis(p-phenylene isocyanate), and chain-exteneded by butandiol to produce ester-typed polyurethane composites(BDPU). BDMWNTs were well-dispersed in BDPU according to images taken from transmission electron microscope. Number average molecular weight, glass transition temperature, surface electric resistivity, water vapor transmission rate and breaking tensile extension of BDPU decreased upon increasing BDMWNTs loading. However, 5% decomposition temperature, breaking tensile strength and tensile modulus of BDPU were vice versa.
