Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 機電整合研究所 === 96 === Recently many new structures have been designed, in which smart materials such as electro-rheological fluid, magneto-rheological fluid, piezoelectric material, shape memory alloy have been embedded in. Unlike servo motor driven structures, easy design, low power consumption, and direct drive are characteristics associated with structures using these smart materials. In this paper we present design of an X-Y table using shape memory alloy as the driving power source due to its relatively large force and torque output. Optical mouse has been chosen for monitoring the platform movements, while a DSC of dsPIC30F4011 has been used for implementing the control algorithms. PID, fuzzy logic and neural network controllers are employed for outputting currents to the SMA for motion control of the X-Y table.
