Abundant literature has been investigated due to application requirements, so we researched PLL and wideband LNA in this paper. The PLL is often used in communication system. PLL output spectrum includes master signal and unnecessary spur existence, because the architecture of PLL has non-ideal effect. For suppress spur probably improve characteristic of internal circuit. In this paper we will improve from system architecture, add delay control circuit of analog type in traditional PLL. The proposed method can be reduced spur about 5dB. In terms of wideband LNA design, noise problem is important obviously in high frequency when material device reach limit. So mostly use inductance and capacitance resonance to reduce noise, but will increase cost and area.
