This study was conducted with a self-designed survey “Questionnaire” on job satisfaction and organizational commitment of universities and institutes of technology. Through stratified random sampling, the selected objects included 455 administrators from 78 universities and institutes of technology. The valid return rate was 65% of the 297 samples. The major findings of this study are as follows: 1. Job satisfaction of staffs at universities and institutes of technology have located between degree 3 and 4. Besides, “relationship” is the highest grade of job satisfaction and “promotion” is the lowest grade of job satisfaction. 2.Organizational commitment of staffs at universities and institutes of technology have located between degree 3 and 4. Besides, “commitment to stay” is the highest grade of job satisfaction and “value commitment” is the lowest grade of job satisfaction. 3.The male, over 40-age, marriage, 16-year work experience of teachers to serve administration of universities and institutes of technology have higher grade of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. 4.There is a positive correlation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment of staffs at universities and institutes of technology. 5.”Job environment” will result in better “value commitment”. 林俊彥 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 138 zh-TW |
