The sample covered 1,830 private kindergartens and 3,950 private nursery schools in Taiwan, and adopted random sampling methodology. This research selects 400 private kindergartens and nursery schools randomly in Taiwan, and total 400 questionnaires. After analyzing the questionnaires by factor analysis, resulted in five constructs and 24 key success factors. AHP questionnaires are based on these factors. After analyzing AHP questionnaires, the result show that key success factors for early childhood education. This research selects confirmation analysis, and the results show that the significant for these constructs are teaching quality, communication between teachers and students, overall image, physical environment and innovation ability. The most significant factor in teaching quality construct is reasonable teacher/student ratio. The most significant factor in communication between teachers and students construct is good communication channel between kindergarten and parent. The most significant factor in overall image construct is quality of teachers. The most significant factor in physical environment construct is overall comfortable environment. The most significant factor in innovation ability construct is kindergarten has clear operation objective. The overall significant influence factors are reasonable teacher/student ratio, provide flexible working hours to fulfill parent’s requirement, and teachers are qualification.
