Therefore, either business owners or management people have more motivation for learning. Back to university for post graduated education became one of the most popular preferences to enhance personal skills and explore better human relationship for people who are professional or executive management members. Once those professional or executive management people became EMEA students, the role stress under career, academic and family became challenge. When role stress appear, what kind of mitigation plan would be developed will be very unique and important to success. The objective of this research is attempting to figure out what are the critical factors of EMEA student’s interruption in terms of Role Stress from different perspective and its associated Coping Strategies. Also this study would provide the different gap analysis between Leaning Motivation and participant’s learning interruption which base on EMEA students’ population statistics report. This research adopt questionnaire survey methodology, the samples received majority came from existing EMEA as target audience. Total 233 valid questionnaires received amount 311 questionnaires were delivered. All the measurement score cards in this questionnaire of study are learning attitude, Role Stress and Coping Strategies which are very influential. There are several findings in this research, which are the there are differences in between Learning Motivation and Learning Barriers from EMEA students’ population statistic analysis. There are positive correlation between EMEA students’ Learning Barriers and Roles stress. There are negative correlations between EMEA students’ Roles stress and Problem oriented coping strategies but positive correlate with emotion oriented coping strategies. This entirety model hypothesis of this research is established. According to interview participants’ feedback, EMEA students would feel role stress if learning barriers appeared during study. And most of them will adopt emotion oriented coping strategies as the mitigation plan. However, from literature review, there are no realistic evidences to prove it. That is the reason why this research would like to provide a real case study by using Structure Equation Modeling, SEM.
