However, one seldom pay attention on the vibration caused by reciprocating system untie the vibration affects the print quality. Hence, this study mainly discusses how to reduce the vibration from the system. Firstly, the author designed a system model by a 3D software and analyzed the structural stability of this model by a CAE software. Secondly, the fabricated a physical system based on the analysis results for the purpose of experimental measurement. Finally, possible solutions to reduce vibration according to the finding were then given. The solutions via this dissertation are as followings: (1) To enhance thickness of side walls or increase the numbers of ribs. But this solution is not discussed in this dissertation. (2) To install a passive pendulum system on the moving mass in order to absorb the energy. Nevertheless, there is a limitation of the effectiveness while the reciprocating system is in a rapid movement. This study suggests that the future research may be undertaken on a two-degree-of-freedom tuned-mass damper. (3) To analyze the relation between the distance and time of inertial movement of the mass. According to the findings of the research, this solution can decrease the vibration of side walls effectively. The author thus drawn a line graph in terms of the relationship about the distance and time of inertial movement of the mass.
