The following results were derived： 1.Most of the featured school teachers perceived a upper-intermediate level for principal’s transformational leadership . 2.Most of the featured school teachers perceived a upper-intermediate level for school innovative management. 3.There were significant differences in featured school teachers for principal’s transformational leadership based on years of service, education, duties and school history. 4.There were significant differences in featured school teachers for school innovative management based on years of service, education, duties and school history. 5.The principal’s transformational leadership and school innovative management are positively correlated. Finally, suggestions based on the literature reviews and research findings were presented for the featured school principal and future research.
