碩士 === 臺北市立教育大學 === 音樂學系教學碩士學位班 === 96 === Franz Liszt（1811-1886）was one of the most important romantic musicians in the 19th century. His music pieces presented the Romanticism features and influenced the 20th century music. Most of Liszt’s piano works are program music; while traditional works such as Etudes, Dances…, also play an important part through his life. “Années de Pèlerinage” is a kind of programs music. It displayed creativity and a unique integration of different elements: literature, poems, artistic works, religion and songs. “Supplément aux Années de Pèlerinage 2 de Année《Venezia e Napoli》” contains three musical composition: “Gondoliera”, “Canzone”, “Tarantella”. which integrated Italian folk songs and operas. Liszt is an outstanding pianist and composer. In his“ Supplément aux Années de Pèlerinage 2 de Année－Venezia e Napoli”, the pedaling influenced the strength and the accent made the rhythm more outstanding. Liszt wrote his composition so exquisitely that later generations could learn much from his music. The music examples are based on the Budapest Edition, 1974. 。This thesis discusses Liszt’s music in terms of music theory, practice and his background. Hopefully, my study and discussion can benefit other performers.
